Shame on you, Burma!

The international community has been giving the Burmese refugee status considering the fact that they are on the receiving end of the atrocities and violence by the military junta.  They have been enjoying the status of refugees in developed countries like US, UK, Canada and Australia.   We never ever thought racist Burmese terrorists are this ruthless to slaughter and burn thousands of innocent Burmese Muslims in their homeland.
Even Aung San Suu Kyi is saying that she does not know if the Rohingiyas are Burmese.  She should be given another Nobel Prize for that!  How could you ever say that they are of Bangladeshi origin. They don’t speak Bengali.  Their tradition and culture are all different from Bengali Muslims.  There have been living in Arakan for centuries – this is a historical fact that no one can deny. The writing of travellers like Ibn Batuta (14th century) proves that Bengal was one of the wealthiest nations in the world and there was migration from Arakan to Bengal and not the other way round.  Accept the fact:  ROHINGIYAS ARE CITIZEN OF BURMA.

Rakhines and Chin Burmese people are living in North East India illegally still we Indians accept them as Indians since they have been living here since decades. I have personally travelled far and wide in North East India and witnessed the plight of the Burmese, Nepali and Bengali immigrants (many of them are illegal).  I have been with them in their huts in Shillong and other parts of Meghalaya. However, they are not butchered there in spite of our hardships in India.  I am a proud Indian.  I am also a proud Australian.  Both India and Australia have been home for millions of refugees (though in their standards are different).  There is nothing more humiliating for a nation than kicking out its own people or killing them.

This is 21st century.  You cannot simply kick out millions of your fellow countrymen who have been legally living there for hundreds of years in Arakan. Don’t think you can simply massacre them.  The world is watching.  You will be held accountable.
